KarminDev ("we", "us", "our") operates the iFashion AI iOS application ("App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.
By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
We may collect information you voluntarily provide, including: your email address (for account creation), photos and images you upload for AI processing, and text prompts you submit.
When you use the App, we may automatically collect: device type, operating system version, app usage data, crash reports, and anonymized analytics to improve performance.
We use Sign in with Apple and Google Sign-In for authentication. We do not receive your Apple or Google password. We only receive the unique identifier and email address provided by these services.
We use collected information to: provide and operate the App and its AI features, process your images through AI models, manage your subscription and credits, send transactional notifications, improve and develop the App, and comply with legal obligations.
Your uploaded photos are processed solely to generate the AI outputs you request. We do not use your personal photos to train our AI models without your explicit consent.
The App uses third-party AI services to process your images and generate results, including but not limited to OpenAI and MiniMax APIs. Images you upload may be transmitted to these services solely for the purpose of AI generation. These services operate under their own privacy policies.
We use Firebase (Google) for backend infrastructure, authentication, and data storage. Firebase's privacy policy governs data processed through their services.
Your account data (credits, plan status) is stored in Firebase Firestore. Uploaded images are processed transiently and not stored on our servers beyond what is necessary for delivery. Generated results are stored locally on your device.
We retain account data as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at support@karmindev.com.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information only with: service providers necessary to operate the App (e.g. Firebase, AI APIs), law enforcement if required by law, or in connection with a business transfer (merger, acquisition).
All purchases are processed exclusively through Apple's App Store. We do not collect or store your payment card information. Subscription management and billing are handled entirely by Apple. Refer to Apple's privacy policy regarding payment data.
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us immediately at support@karmindev.com.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to: access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, object to processing, and data portability. To exercise these rights, contact support@karmindev.com.
We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this policy. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
