By downloading, installing, or using iFashion AI ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and KarminDev ("we", "us", "our").
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on any iOS device you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not: copy, modify, or distribute the App; reverse engineer or decompile the App; use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent; or use the App in any way that violates applicable laws.
You must create an account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@karmindev.com.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Free accounts receive a limited number of credits upon registration. Credits are consumed with each AI generation. Once exhausted, an upgrade to Pro is required for continued use.
Pro subscribers enjoy generous usage under our Fair Usage Policy. All subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store as either monthly ($12.99/month) or annual ($39.99/year). Prices may vary by region.
Pro subscribers are subject to a fair usage policy designed to prevent automated abuse. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts displaying unusual usage patterns inconsistent with normal personal use. This policy exists to maintain service quality for all users.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy.
You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it through our AI services solely to provide the requested output to you.
You must not upload content that: is illegal, defamatory, or violates third-party rights; contains nudity, explicit material, or graphic violence; depicts real identifiable individuals without their consent; constitutes hate speech or discrimination; or violates any applicable laws or regulations.
We reserve the right to remove any content and terminate accounts that violate these guidelines without notice.
AI-generated outputs are provided "as is." You use generated content at your own discretion and risk. We do not guarantee that AI outputs are accurate, appropriate, or fit for any particular purpose.
You are solely responsible for how you use AI-generated content, including compliance with applicable laws regarding intellectual property, publicity rights, and content distribution.
The App, its design, graphics, and code are owned by KarminDev and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The iFashion AI name and logo are trademarks of KarminDev.
For AI-generated outputs: you own the outputs you create through the App, subject to the licenses of underlying AI models and applicable laws. We claim no ownership over your generated content.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected. AI results may vary and are not guaranteed to meet your specific requirements.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KARMINDEV SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.
Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction, as determined by applicable law in your country of residence.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes through the App or via email.
